This event is fantastic! Indulge in a sampling of great food from West Point Market, Earth Fare, Westside Bakery (just to name a few), while watching a unique fashion show from Goodwill's vintage collection (did you know they had a vintage collection?! they do and it rocks)! Also, come ready to bid on superb travel, unique experiences, jewelry and other splendid items!
Tickets are $50 per person, BUT (repeat after me) you get 2 tickets for FREE!:)
Last but certainly not least-
Grab 6 of your girlfriends and get ready to DANCE! I have attended DDPP and it is seriously fun!!- and I was seriously sore the next day:)
So after all the schmoozing, eating, drinking, etc, from the first 2 events, it will be nice to let loose, rock-out, and burn a few calories to boot!
This event happens every 1st, 3rd, & 5th (if there is one) Friday of the month. So it is your choice to attend whichever you want, with 6 of your buddies. . . (one more time, say it w/ me) FOR FREE:)

Ahh! I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS! Being a full-time student, having an internship and working over 25 hours a week doesn't exactly leave much time for a social life... Especially girl time! I think this diagram about sums up why I want to win this package...

I love Akron but always wonder what's going on. Getting tickets to any of these events would be a fantastic opportunity to get out and connect with some other awesome ladies in the area! Handpicked sounds fantastic and I would love to take one of my besties (her wedding is next year!), I love Goodwill shopping and vintage inspiration so that would be phenomenal and to top it off, dancing the night away is super fun! This is truly a great giveaway! Awesome!

This sounds grand! Especially the Goodwill Taste of Vintage Fashion Show! I can't believe that exists, and I did not know about it. Plus, this is the perfect excuse to get me out with a few ladies on my Saturday, rather than spending it either cleaning or remodeling my house, which sadly, is all I've been doing on the weekends, lately. Maybe 4 of us could split the cost of two more tickets to everything, just to really make this a fun girls' day! Thanks for sharing!

This sure is a taste of Akron! I have been traveling so much this year for fun and work and it would be so nice to be treated to some of what my home town has to offer! The vintage goodwill show sounds amazing and would love to treat my momma for her birthday :)

ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing lineup of events! Akron is a great city and there are so many unique happenings. My friends and I have been trying to get out and visit new places in the community. This would be the perfect opportunity for us! My fingers are crossed!
